With the release of Geoff Johns and Jim Lee’s JUSTICE LEAGUE #1, DC Comics-The New 52 will officially kick off next week. There has been a lot of speculation over the past few months about what to expect from all the new series, so we decided to up the ante one last time.

Below, you will see 52 teases – each one pulled from the first issue of every title in DC Comics-The New 52. Between now and September 28th, we’ll be revealing daily (in groups of two) which series these teases are from.

These one-liners set up the themes of their corresponding series, hint at the unexpected return of fan-favorite characters and allude to significant changes.

With the Earth four minutes away from complete destruction, a friend and ally lays down his life for the sake of billions of innocent lives. In this action-packed finale, Lois plays a crucial role by reminding Superman that because of his good nature, he will always be an inspiration to others.

The final issue of this run of ACTION COMICS, written by Paul Cornell with art by Axel Giménez, embodies why Superman has remained such a lasting icon and inspirational figure. The issue goes on sale today.

Batman Incorporated has moved beyond the physical world and into the virtual one. After Bruce Wayne invites investors to experience virtual reality, dubbed “Internet 3.0,” virtual hijackers take control of the system and threaten to take them out one-by-one in a high stakes game. Can Batman and Oracle protect the investors and quarantine the virus before it’s too late?

BATMAN INCORPORATED #8, in stores tomorrow, is written by Grant Morrison and features art by Scott Clark with Dave Beaty. The issue is the final one in this run of the series.
