Keith Giffen, Dan Jurgens and Jesus Merino are joining forces to take on SUPERMAN for DC COMICS-THE NEW 52. Jurgens and Giffen will be writing the ongoing, modern-day adventures of the Man of Tomorrow, with Jurgens laying out the book and Merino doing the finishes.

Big news out of New York Comic Con: Shazam is coming to DC COMICS-THE NEW 52. Written by NEW YORK TIMES bestselling author Geoff Johns and illustrated by acclaimed artist Gary Frank, THE CURSE OF SHAZAM will unfold as a back-up adventure that will appear in JUSTICE LEAGUE – also written by Johns. What manner of adventure is in store for Billy Batson and his big, red alter ego? It’s too soon to say for sure, but you can bet that THE SOURCE will have all the updates, so stay tuned.
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Spy vs. Spy, DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Jim Lee joins the ranks of other artists who’ve each made their mark on the iconic spy design (in toy form) - including Weird Al Yankovic, Bob Staake, Peter Kuper, Michael Allred, the Prohias family, Bill Amend, Pendleton Ward, Bill Morrison, Thomas Weiser and Casey Willis, the legendary Al Jaffee and many more.
