A few weeks ago, Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras’ All Access post teased at the future of the mysterious hooded figure who appeared at the end of FLASHPOINT and in all the premiere issues of DC COMICS-THE NEW 52. Well, looks like Bob wasn’t kidding when he said that this enigmatic woman would be appearing across all aspects of the DC Universe. In Wednesday’s TINY TITANS #46, you’ll notice a familiar purple cloak making various appearances throughout the issue.
