No, we’re not asking you to plank. We’re asking you to plank like a hero.
To celebrate the upcoming release of Man of Steel and get all of us into the super hero spirit (well, all of us who don’t already live and breathe super heroes), Old Navy has introduced the “Plank of Steel Challenge.” All you need to enter is a camera and an Instagram account, and if you win, you could find yourself soaring all the way to Hollywood.

Here’s how to enter. From now until this Sunday, June 16th, submit a photo on Instagram of you or a friend doing your best hero-style plank and tag it with #plankofsteel for a chance to win a custom VIP trip for four to LA, including private tours of the historic Warner Bros studio and the legendary DC Comics office!
Other prizes include an authentic prop replica Command Key from the Man of Steel film and an autographed comic book, signed by Geoff Johns and Jim Lee.
