If you’re going to PAX East, you should be prepared for a Crisis.

Infinite Crisis, the new Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) set within the DC Comics Multiverse, is making a super hero-sized showing at PAX East in Boston, MA this weekend (April 11-13). The game’s developer, Turbine, will have a massive presence at the show this year, hosting three tournaments over the course of the weekend, ensuring that all attendees can take part in defending the Multiverse, no matter their skill level:

$25,000 Pro-Invitational tournament

  • WHEN: Friday 4/11 & Saturday 4/12
  • WHAT: Five professional teams will compete for the $25k prize
  • WHERE: Turbine tournament booth (#636) and streaming live on twitch.tv/infinitecrisis

$5,000 Amateur Tournament

  • WHEN: Saturday 4/12 & Sunday 4/13 (Signups take place Friday 4/11)
  • WHAT: Eight amateur teams will compete for the $5k prize

Razer Exhibition Tournament

In addition to these tournaments, attendees can also try their hand at Infinite Crisis on the tournament map – Gotham Divided - in the Turbine community booth (#536), with 30 stations set up for players to jump into a match.

But wait, it gets better. Along with a DC-themed photo booth to make your dream of fighting alongside Superman, Batman or Wonder Woman a reality, an Infinite Crisis party on Saturday, and a DC Comics cosplay photo shoot, the Turbine team will be giving away a special Batman 75th Anniversary Infinite Crisis t-shirt to attendees that come by and play the game in their booth. Look for a different design each day.

So what are you waiting for, Protectors? PAX East and Infinite Crisis await!
