Who is Jim Corrigan?

In the comics, Detective Jim Corrigan is just your average cop who occasionally transforms into the spirit of vengeance known as The Spectre.  His humanity often lends The Spectre an aspect of mercy he would not otherwise be capable of.  We’ll wait and see if Zed’s bloody vision of Corrigan is a premonition of his ultimate fate.

For a great story of The Spectre, look no further than The Spectre Vol. 1: Crimes and Judgments.

Holidays must be awkward at Papa Midnite’s.

His sister’s name is Cedilla and her origin is a little, well, unsettling. You see, it was under Papa Midnite’s orders that she was decapitated and her soul sent to hell so he could communicate with her skull and know what was happening down below. For now she's his eyes and ears in the underworld.

Get ahead on her story in Hellblazer: Tainted Love.

What can we share about the Rising Darkness?

Not much.  But it’s bad.  Real bad.  Like everything’s going to hell—literally. For a look at Rising Darkness stories on the page, check out Saga of the Swamp Thing: Book 2 and Book 3.
