Well, we just met the tween version of one of Batman’s most notorious villains.  Yes, believe it or not, that youngster with the truly twisted father grows up to become a noted psychologist himself.  But that’s not all.  His educated demeanor is masked (literally) by the Scarecrow—a heinous villain who uses science to turn his victims most deadly fears against them. 

He’s been around since 1941 and grows more powerful with each appearance.  You can see some of the spectacular lowlights from his career in this collection.
