Thanks to a little cross-over help from S.T.A.R. Lab’s Cisco, the Black Canary for the time unleashes her real Canary Cry for the very first time. Sure, Sara Lance had a sonic disruptor. But this was right out of the pages of DC Comics. Almost. In the DC Universe, the Canary Cry is most-often a superpower rather than technology.
