Have you been reading BATMAN AND ROBIN ETERNAL? Celebrating 75 years of the Boy Wonder, starring Bruce Wayne as Batman and Dick Grayson as Robin, the sequel to the blockbuster weekly series BATMAN ETERNAL hit shelves on October 7th!

With new issues every Wednesday and a thrilling story that reads like a hit new TV show, buckle down for six months of international intrigue, twists and turns, and new additions to the world of Batman and Robin, from showrunners James Tynion IV (BATMAN ETERNAL, CONSTATINE: THE HELLBLAZER) and Scott Snyder (BATMAN).

This week, we're catching you up on the first two issues.

Years ago, Batman and Robin worked the most disturbing case of their crimefighting careers—bringing down the organization of the ultimate human trafficker, the mysterious woman known only as Mother. At the time, Dick Grayson never quite understood the scope of that case, but now its darkest secrets are coming back to haunt him and everyone else who ever worked with Batman!

So in case you missed it, last week's BATMAN AND ROBIN ETERNAL #1 introduced us to a deadly, silent young woman in black who’s come to Gotham City looking for Batman, and it was GLORIOUS! Tony Daniel knocked her entrance out of the park! You know who she is, right??

But that wasn't all that Tynion IV and Snyder packed into the first issue! Flashback to years ago, and HOLY SMOKING GUN, BATMAN! What just happened??? Did Batman work a job for Mother?

Now in the sophomore issue, we hop back to the present and give everyone what they're looking for: fanboy and fangirl fun. What would Spoiler say if she spied Dick Grayson vaulting up the side of a building? Exactly what we'd all say:

And then it all ended with what no one saw coming - assassin extraordinnaire Cass Cain suddenly taken down by Red Hood? There has GOT to be something we're not seeing. She would never fall into an easy trap like this!

We promise you, in this thrilling new weekly series, Batman’s greatest secret will tear the Robins apart and send them on different missions around the world. Sound off in the comments below! What do you think?
