Matt Ryan’s John Constantine has been all across the world and to the depths of hell, but he’s about to go somewhere he’s never been before—animation.

Yes, the news broke last night that the actor who played the trench coat clad magician on NBC’s greatly missed Constantine will be returning to voice the role in next year’s animated movie, Justice League Dark. It’ll be his second time returning to the role since Constantine’s cancelation, after making a single-episode appearance as Constantine last season on Arrow.

Justice League Dark was announced last weekend during the World Premiere panel for Batman: The Killing Joke, along with 2017’s other two DC Universe Original Movies, Teen Titans: The Judas Contract and Batman and Harley Quinn. You can expect further news and information on Justice League Dark in the months ahead, but if you’re hungry for more now, be sure to pick up Batman: The Killing Joke on Blu-ray and DVD on August 2nd, or buy it now in Digital HD.
