Adrenalyzed, out of breath and more than a little bruised. That’s likely how Batman, Bane, Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn feel after the first week of Injustice Battle Arena…but that could just as easily apply to us after trying to stay on top of all the DC Comics awesomeness this week.
SPOILER ALERT: If you have not read ANIMAL MAN #17 yet and do not wish to know what happens, stop reading this post now (major spoiler alerts ahead!)
In case you missed it, last month COMIC BOOK RESOURCES launched a new regular monthly column where they talk all things DC Entertainment with Editor-in-Chief Bob Harras and Editorial Director Bobbie Chase.
We love comic books. Clearly. Just look at the piles of single issues stacked on our desks like the world’s most psychotically dangerous game of Jenga. Or take a gander at the literal butt ton (approximately 2.5 pancake pounds for your metric folks out there) of trade paperbacks lining our bookshelves. (Don’t look in the closet though. You don’t want to know what’s in there.)
Batman. Superman. The Joker. Lex Luthor. When these heroes and villains meet, they don’t play around. Except maybe when they’re made out of LEGO bricks.
SPOILER ALERT: If you have not read GREEN ARROW #17 and do not wish to know what happens, stop reading this post now (major spoilers ahead!)

Wide Range of New Toys and Collectibles Inspired by DC Entertainment Comics, Video Games, Film and TV Properties Set to Debut in 2013
For months, the two elemental sides of life in the DC Universe – the Red and the Green – have been coming together to defeat the Rot. This month, issues #17 of ANIMAL MAN and SWAMP THING serve as the official “Rotworld” finales. And in March, issues #18 of both series will be “Rotworld” epilogues, marking the ultimate conclusion for this monumental crossover event.
Welcome back to Spoiler Alert, our monthly feature where we tease a cool new, as-yet-unannounced product from DC Collectibles and then invite you to try to guess what it is. Sound simple? Then clearly you haven’t tried it yet.
