It's Magog vs. Wildcat in JUSTICE SOCIETY OF AMERICA 331

Writers Bill Willingham and Matthew Sturges continue their first arc on the series with artist Jesus Merino as a traitor is revealed and Wildcat throws down against Magog. Who's responsible for tearing the team apart from within, and is the danger greater than anyone on the team expects? We don't have all the answers, but we have a few pages below that can give you some clues.

Kevin Smith's BATMAN story continues in THE WIDENING GYRE #2

Writer/filmmaker Kevin Smith continues his collaboration with artist Walter Flanagan with the second issue of BATMAN: THE WIDENING GYRE, and to say it's loaded with surprises would be a bit of an understatement. Featuring more guest stars, more plot twists and more Bat-action, what are you waiting for? Oh, right. The issue isn't out until 9/30.

Feel the aftershocks from 'The Rise of the Olympian' in WONDER WOMAN #36

It's not a stretch to say writer Gail Simone and artist Aaron Lopresti's "The Rise of the Olympian" arc changed Wonder Woman's life completely, and it's not over for our favorite Amazon. In this issue, Diana finds herself fighting for her life against the man chosen by the gods to replace her -- Achilles, the Warkiller. Doesn't sound like much fun. At least for her.

It's Mother's Day in MAGOG #4

Magog has a mommy? Who knew? Well, I'd imagine writer Keith Giffen and artist Howard Porter did. That's all the info we have for you, Source-ers, but we do have a lovely Porter design sketch for you to look at. We also managed to corner MAGOG editor Mike Carlin into giving us a tad more info on who this lady really is. Take it away, Mike:

Robinson. Bagley. Justice League of America. Now.

It all starts here. Writer James Robinson pairs with superstar artist Mark Bagley to begin their run on JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA. You've heard rumblings and speculation, you've read the chatter around the interwebs. But now's your chance to get a first-look at the new creative team's take on the most storied team in the DCU. To sweeten the pot, we threw in a variant cover by Andy Kubert.

Batwoman vs. Alice in DETECTIVE COMICS #857

As promised, we've got a look at the Batwoman feature from DETECTIVE COMICS #857, as Batwoman faces off against Alice in an attempt to stop the villainess from unleashing a toxic death cloud over all of Gotham. But Alice has more up her sleeve than just poison, and Batwoman's life will never ever be the same again. What more do you need? Oh, right. Artwork. Well, here you go.
