Surprisingly, I’m still fairly functional. I think. The marathon that is SDCC is coming to a close, but we still have some stuff to show off, at least in regards to books hitting next week.
Yes, indeed friends, those are the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. AGENTS you see below. What does this mean? Well, it’s simple – in the same way the Milestone and Red Circle characters have been integrated into regular DCU continuity, so will the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. AGENTS. That’s pretty much all we’ve got to say at this point, aside from the lovely designs by superstar artist J.G. Jones you see here.
The day is winding down a bit, but not before we get to experience a dose of the critically acclaimed WEDNESDAY COMICS, live from Comic-Con. DC Art Director Mark Chiarello is the MC tonight, with a collection of talent from WEDNESDAY COMICS. Which talent? Well, if you’re around, swing by Room 5AB and find out.
As promised, there was more going on at the DC booth on Friday beyond breaking Guinness World Records. Yesterday, DC Comics President and Publisher Paul Levitz was honored with a shiny, new -- and upgraded -- Inkpot Award by Comic-Con International in a surprise ceremony.
What better way to kick off your weekend then by looking at some lovely Renato Guedes pages?
