This July, fresh off his groundbreaking run on TRINITY, superstar artist Mark Bagley makes a pit stop in Gotham City to spend some time with the new Batman. Who? We're not telling. You've heard bits and pieces about the upcoming DOOM PATROL series. Matthew Clark. Keith Giffen. METAL MEN co-feature, etc. But we've got a ton more stuff to reveal this week and next. So why not we'd stoke the fire a bit with some of Clark's design sketches for the series? Click below.
It's tough being the Super Young Team. All they want is a little recognition from their adoring public. A smidgen of acceptance and to be treated like real heroes. They've been reduced to making public appearances and TV spots, dancing to pay the rent. But when a new American teammate and a dangerous threat complicates things for the Team, they'll have to learn the realities of being a hero.
You saw the Matthew Clark sketches yesterday, and I did promise more details, so here we go: DOOM PATROL #1, from Keith Giffen and Matthew Clark hits in August and will feature a METAL MEN co-feature by Giffen, J.M. DeMatteis and artist Kevin Maguire (more on that soon).
