History:

What motivates Catwoman? Not even she knows for sure. On the surface Selina Kyle is a criminal. She’s the most talented thief in the world and not afraid to break any number of laws (or bones) to get what she wants. But she also has a caring side, seen in her deep connection to the abandoned youth who live in the city whom she helps whenever possible. The dichotomy of her good and bad sides often creates a great deal of conflict in Selina’s life, further entangling already complicated relationships, especially with Batman. Catwoman’s recent induction into the Justice League of America should only make this situation more contentious.
