Whoever uses an H-Dial has the ability to tap or “dial” into a force that overlay the powers – and sometimes memories – of a seemingly random superhero onto the user. These power sets can be extremely strong, extremely bizarre and also extremely dangerous.

History:
The H-Dial is one of the greatest mysteries of the universe. It is an artifact that combines strange magic and the interdimensional technology of something known only as “The Exchange.” The effects of H-Dial use are as diverse as the powers that can be bestowed on the user—ranging from the creation of telephone technology in our world to possibly catastrophic disasters in certain other dimensions. While it is understood that H-Dials have existed throughout time, it may never be uncovered how they were designed—or by whom.
