The character of the Canary, Arrow’s distinct take on the fishnet-sporting, eardrum-bursting Black Canary, emerged earlier this season and quickly became a fan favorite. The masked identity of Sara Lance (as opposed to Dinah Lance in the comics), the Canary is a breathtaking vigilante who was forged within the League of Assassins and always seems just one small push away from darkness.
Sooner or later, the past always comes calling. For most people, this can be a problem. But for a mask-wearing vigilante, it can be downright deadly. In tonight’s all new Arrow, entitled “Birds of Prey,” Oliver Queen must try to right a past wrong as Jessica De Gouw’s Helena Bertinelli—better known to DC Comics fans as the Huntress—returns to Starling City.
This season, man… It’s something special.
We keep waiting for Arrow to have an episode that doesn’t seem to increase the stakes or take the action to an exciting new level and you know what? We’re still waiting. All season long, Arrow has been wowing us with impressive storytelling and edge-of-your seat suspense, and tonight’s must-see new episode, “Suicide Squad,” is no exception. You’re not going to want to miss this one, and as we’ve done a few times this season, we thought we’d give you an idea of some cool stuff to watch for.
DC All Access is back with another all-new episode. This week we’re hitting the mean streets of Starling City for an on-set interview with David Ramsey and other members of the cast.
