The Flash: A City Full of Clues

Two weeks ago, The CW released an intriguing new promotional poster for The Flash, their speed-driven new series based on the popular DC Comics character. The poster shows Grant Gustin as the Flash, speeding across a Central City street as his trail forms his signature lightning bolt. But what’s really gotten fans buzzing are all of the hidden clues and “Easter Eggs” found within the city.

Casting News: Meet Arrow's Ra's al Ghul

Since the final few moments of Arrow's spectacular Comic-Con trailer, fans have been eagerly anticipating the first onscreen appearance of Season 3's main villain--Ra's al Ghul. An iconic character in comics, film and animation, Ra's is the leader of the infamous League of Assassins and has been a formidable foe to many DC Comics characters.

Ra's was mentioned throughout Season 2 of Arrow, but never seen. And while we'll have to wait until Season 3 gets underway before we see him in action, we now know the actor who will be embodying him--Matt Nable.

FIRST LOOK: Arrow Teams with Arsenal

Arrow - Season 3 Full Comic-Con Preview

ARROW fans at the Warner Bros. Television Presents a Night of DC Entertainment event on Saturday, July 26, at Comic-Con 2014 were in for a special treat. Series star (and the event’s master of ceremonies) Stephen Amell pressed play on the previously released preview trailer from the action-packed series’ upcoming third season, featuring footage of Colton Haynes in the Arsenal costume, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer and Karl Yune as Maseo. But Amell also had a Saturday night surprise up his sleeve — a new ending to the trailer which revealed that a nightmare is coming: Ra’s al Ghul. ARROW returns Wednesday, October 8, at 8/7c on The CW.

Digital First Comics 'Arrow: Season 2.5' and 'The Flash: Season Zero' Launch this Fall

This morning, TV GUIDE MAGAZINE exclusively announced two new Digital First series based on Arrow (returning Wednesday, October 8th at 8/7c on The CW) and The Flash (premiering Tuesday, October 7th at 8/7c on The CW). 

The first digital chapter of ARROW: SEASON 2.5 will be released on Monday, September 1. The series will be written by Marc Guggenheim, the show's executive producer, with art by Joe Bennett and inks by Jack Jadson.

Comic-Con Update: Warner Bros. Television Announces Their DC TV Panels

Time to start marking your calendar, Comic-Con attendees! Earlier this week, we announced a massive joint panel with Warner Bros. Television on Saturday night that will highlight the new DC shows hitting the airwaves this fall. Well, today we found out a lot more as WBTV announced their entire slate of Comic-Con panels, including standalone panels for Arrow, Constantine, iZOMBIE and Teen Titans Go!, as well as the time and location for the Saturday panel.
