Get a first look at Fabrizio Fiorentino's TITANS artwork

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but one of the coolest parts of my job is being able to swing by editorial and see new pages as they come in. Just last night, I swung by TITANS Editor Brian Cunningham's base of operations to get a glimpse of artist Fabrizio Fiorentino's TITANS: VILLAINS FOR HIRE work. And, not only does the artwork look amazing, but there were also some shocking story beats in the issue as well, courtesy of writer Eric Wallace. But we're not going to spoil those here.

THAT JUST HAPPENED: FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: INK #6

Well, as we promised yesterday, we're back. How 'bout those last two pages of FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: INK? Cool, huh? Writer Eric Wallace and artist Fabrizio Fiorentino did a great job of ending the mini-series with a bang -- an unexpected one at that, too.

And if you've been paying attention to our very own Dan DiDio's interviews of late, those pages give a clear sense of what the future holds for our hero the Tattooed Man.

Wait, you haven't read the issue yet? Yeesh. Well, we'll wait here a sec so you can go buy it and come back.

It's the end of the line for FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: INK

It's the end of the line, as secrets are revealed and the true threat to Liberty Hill and the Tattooed Man is unveiled in this final chapter of the mini, from the incoming TITANS creative team of writer Eric Wallace and artist Fabrizio Fiorentino. Learn the true meaning of heroism and find out just what the DCU has in store for TM.

Also, make a point to swing back tomorrow morning for a glimpse at the startling conclusion to this very issue. Right after you buy it, of course.

Some BLACKEST NIGHT news on a Monday night

bn-one-shots

As some of you know, the Baltimore Retailer Summit is in full swing. We've got some news breaking during our presentation, so what better place to unveil it than here, on The Source?

Things are not looking good for the Tattooed Man

Writer Eric Wallace and artist Fabrizio Fiorentino continue to bring their A-game to FINAL CRISIS AFTERMATH: INK with the latest issue, as the Tattooed Man finds his family in trouble, his powers on the fritz and his city looking to him desperately for help before it goes up in flames. Too bad TM is occupied getting his face bashed in by a couple of new villains to do much about it. Well, newsflash – being a hero isn’t all photo ops and parades. The question is, does Tattooed Man have what it takes to handle the tough times? We’ve got some pages that might answer the question.
