What’s New In The New 52: The Seven Deadly Sins

You’ve already seen them in the pages of the Shazam! back-up story in JUSTICE LEAGUE, but the Seven Deadly Sins have just started to mark their place in The New 52.

In the gallery above, check out some never-before-seen character designs by artist Ryan Benjamin. And keep your eyes out for the Seven Deadly Sins as they become instrumental parts of Black Adam’s treacherous plan and create havoc and chaos in the final chapter of Shazam! Plus, a certain purple-hooded lady who’ll soon be starring in her own ongoing series may have a score to settle with the Sins in the coming weeks …

Grant Morrison on his Legendary BATMAN Run

"Little did I suspect when I accepted the BATMAN writing assignment back in 2006 that I’d wind up spending the next six years writing the longest continued comic story I’ve ever attempted. I thought I’d said most of what I had to say about the character with Arkham Asylum, Gothic, and Batman’s appearances in JLA. Clearly, I was wrong.

The Stakes Raise For The Edge

In the second issues of the “Edge” group books, the odds are not in our protagonists’ favor. In DEATHSTROKE, MEN OF WAR and ALL-STAR WESTERN, new villains will be revealed. Grifter and Voodoo are on the run while Stormwatch, the Blackhawks, O.M.A.C. and the Suicide Squad must fight battles that’ll have grave consequences.

The Industrial Revolution Continues

The crisis at Wayne Powers has escalated to new heights. Blight is back and will stop at nothing to get revenge on Terry McGinnis for turning him into a translucent, radioactive monster. And to top it off, Terry learns a deep secret about someone he thought he trusted. Crisis. Villains. Vengeance. Betrayal. Nobody said being Batman was easy.

Written by Adam Beechen with art by Ryan Benjamin and John Stanisci, BATMAN BEYOND #6 hits stores tomorrow.
