Batman visits Jason Todd in Arkham in BATMAN AND ROBIN #23

Batman drops in on his former sidekick, Jason Todd, who's been imprisoned in Arkham Asylum for several months, known only under the name of his anti-hero identity, The Red Hood. Todd's prepping for a transfer to a lower-security prison, and this could mean trouble for Batman... and for that prison's inmates.
