The Joker has gone missing from Arkham Asylum, but not even Batman can comprehend the grisly evidence the notorious madman left behind. Something strange and terrible is happening in Gotham City, and it all seems to revolve around a new villain known as Dollmaker.  

 

DETECTIVE COMICS #1 GOES BACK TO PRESS FOR SIXTH PRINTING

DETECTIVE COMICS #1 by writer/artist Tony S. Daniel has sold out again, and will be going back to press for its sixth printing. Of the first issues from DC COMICS-THE NEW 52, only JUSTICE LEAGUE #1, with seven printings, has gone back for more printings. The sixth printing of DETECTIVE COMICS #1 will be available in comic book stores on March 28, 2012.

DETECTIVE COMICS Back-Ups Spotlight Two-Face

DETECTIVE COMICS #8 will feature the first in a multi-part series of back-up stories following Harvey Dent and his villainous alter ego, Two-Face. Written by Tony S. Daniel (writer/artist of DETECTIVE COMICS) and drawn by Szymon Kudranski, the 10-page stories will offer a unique look into Dent’s secret past and an in-depth examination of the monster he’s become. Daniel and Kudranski collaborated previously on “Russian Roulette,” the one-shot back-up in DETECTIVE COMICS #5, which was released last week.

Top talent from DC Comics-The New 52 will be attending this year’s New York Comic Con (NYCC). With all these new villains, Arkham Asylum is going to need a new wing

This October, Gotham City will be overrun by new villains. In DETECTIVE COMICS, Batman will face the Gotham Ripper. In BATGIRL, Barbara Gordon will take on Mirror.
