It’s official! All 52 first issues of DC Entertainment’s historic publishing initiative DC COMICS – THE NEW 52 have sold out from Diamond Comic Distributors in advance of publication. And all 52 issues will receive second printings. Here’s a further look inside the numbers for DC COMICS-THE NEW 52: · ACTION and BATGIRL already have third printings and JUSTICE LEAGUE, the bestselling comic book to date for all of 2011, is in its fourth printing.
ACTION COMICS #1 and BATGIRL #1 have sold out again and are slated to go back to press for new, third printings. Already checked out issue #1? With the second full week of releases of DC Comics-The New 52 coming out tomorrow, more and more previews continue to roll out. TV GUIDE MAGAZINE has the first exclusive look at SUICIDE SQUAD #1. “Espionage is not pretty, it's not martinis and tuxedos, it's usually down and dirty,” series writer Adam Glass (Supernatural) told them.
