Just woke up and yeesh, it's early here on the west coast. Just so you guys know, I'll be up in the air with a few of my DC colleagues heading back to NY. But don't fret. We've got a preview of the next issue of BATMAN AND ROBIN coming first thing tomorrow, though. See you then.
This past weekend at WonderCon, VP of Sales, Bob Wayne, announced RETRO-ACTIVE. Published throughout July and August 2011, these are exactly the kinds of one-shots people often associate with summer. RETRO-ACTIVE reunites classic writers and artists with classic characters Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, and Justice League of America, returning to the interpretations they are best known for. Each of these series will have 3 one-shots that pay homage respectively to the‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s.
San Francisco is home of The Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and of course, Wondercon! If you’re heading to the show this weekend, stop by the DC Booth to say hello and pick up some giveaways. And be sure to attend the fantastic panels and creator signings we’ll be hosting throughout the weekend!
