Hey, hey. Not too shabby of an episode. Let’s get cracking!
DC has done a good job exploring lesser-known characters throughout their shows. Our very own Arrow has showcased a couple of nice ones in Wild Dog and Ragman, just to name a couple.
Tonight, they continued to delve into B-Listers by introducing Onyx Adams to Star City.
There’s an oft-quoted line in Godfather III where Michael Corleone says: “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!”
How does that line relate to Arrow? I’ll get there. But first…
We’re walking a fine line here between a super hero show and a daytime soap opera, people.
Yoooo! We’re back!
With the long break between seasons, it feels like forever since we discussed some Arrow. I was eager for tonight’s episode and just as eager to jot down my thoughts.
First things first…
I heard from a reliable source that that a number of NFL teams have called Ollie to inquire about the status of Curtis after displaying his arm strength by throwing the T-Sphere to chase down that rocket. What a cannon!
Back to reality…
If you’re a #DCTV fan, you’re going to want to mark November 27, 2017 with a big X on your calendar. That’s the first day of this year’s four-part CW crossover…and it’ll find our heroes landing on Earth-X.
In this week’s issue of GREEN ARROW, Seattle has fallen. Oliver Queen is all too familiar with the destruction and betrayal the city has endured.
With the city in ruins, Oliver must avenge his friends and fight against the Ninth Circle – taking back what his family has built. Will Oliver be able to salvage what’s left of the city. Find out more in this week’s issue of ARROW #24 from writer Benjamin Percy with art by Juan Ferreya and Nate Piekos of BLAMBOT (letters).
Tonight was a conclusion (of sorts) to the slow burn ignited by Prometheus at the beginning of this season.
