I’ll be totally honest with you guys: The introduction of the Justice Society of America was probably my most anticipated moment across all of the #DCTV shows. I’ve been on the edge of my seat for them since Rex introduced himself at the end of season 1. And now they’re here! They’re a real thing! A live action JSA! How crazy is that?
And they thought they had their hands full with Vandal Savage! In today’s panel for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, the producers of the hit CW series dropped some tantalizing hints for what lies ahead for the crew of the Waverider in Season 2.
Tomorrow, we’ll unite as a nation to celebrate our great country’s birth by lighting off fireworks, firing up our barbecues and doing other things that the fire department would probably prefer if we didn’t. We’ll sing our national anthem loudly, fly our flags proudly and end the day feeling…um, wowedly?
You know that scene in movies where one person says to the other “This town isn’t big enough for the both of us” and then there’s a face off and one person either ends up dead or run out of town?
BATGIRL #14 hit comic shops this week, and reading that issue reminded us of exactly how strong Barbara Gordon is—both in the physical sense (we'd last about three seconds doing what she does, as that's probably how long it would take for us to fall over and curl into the fetal position) and in the sense of being just a fantastic, all-around-amazing example of a great, well-written female character.
