Has ASTRO CITY been canceled?

Charles R. Mulligan

Heck no! The next ASTRO CITY miniseries is ASTRO CITY: THE DARK AGE Book III...and it's entirely inked—all four issues! Already! DONE! And we actually got the Alex Ross cover to the second issue in our greedy li'l hands today. Look for the series to start appearing in your local stores in May. In fact, Kurt and Brent and Alex are already working on the next ASTRO CITY project even as we speak.

Astro City cancelled. Please. Perish the thought.

Best,

Scott Peterson

Astro City editor and fan

Hiya,

I just thought I'd throw my hat in the ring and humbly request that you folks include the BATMAN/PLANETARY story in ABSOLUTE PLANETARY BOOK TWO when its time finally comes. I realize that it'll be a bigger volume than the first one already, simply because it will collect 15 issues instead of 12, but that particular story is a real keeper and would add to the volume immensely.

That's all. Man, I bet you guys will be glad when you no longer have to answer PLANETARY-related questions...

David Ryan

That's an interesting option, David—and not one that would've occurred to me. When we finally finish the series (sometime this year!) we'll be able to finalize all the Collected Edition plans, too. And yes, that will be an exciting day, if a little bit sad as well.

-Kristy Quinn

Can you please tell me what happened to issues 5 & 6 of STORMING PARADISE? They are no longer on your website as upcoming releases.

Thanks.

Ken M

Due to an unfortunate number of circumstances, we had to cancel and re-solicit the book. It will come out…and it will be this year! Sorry.
