Do I have to create an account to view the schedule?

Yes, you must either create an account or log into your existing account to view the schedule.

 

Will translations be available for the schedule?

The schedule will be available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. You can change the schedule language by clicking the language icon at the top of the schedule and selecting from the list of available languages.

 

Can I view the schedule in my own time zone?

Of course! By default you should see the schedule localized to your computer’s time zone, but you can also change the time zone by clicking the time zone icon at the top of the schedule and selecting your time zone of choice.

 

How do I create my own schedule?

After logging in to your account, click the + button next to any event on the schedule. To remove an event from your schedule, simply click the checkmark that appears after you’ve added the event to your schedule.

 

Can I add an event on the schedule to my computer calendar?

You sure can! Click the calendar icon on any event from the schedule to add it to Google Cal, iCal or Outlook.

 

After I’ve created my own schedule, how do I see it?

Simply click the “My Schedule” button near the top of your screen.

 

How do I share a link to my schedule?

After clicking “My Schedule”, click the “Share” button and then choose from the available options, which include Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Email, and “copy link”. Keep in mind that anyone who clicks your shared link will need to log in to view your schedule.

 

How do I see the schedule for each island?

The schedule is already separated per island. Simply click the name of the island at the top of the schedule to see what each island has waiting for you!

 

Can I receive browser notifications for events added to my personal schedule?

Yes! As soon as you sign up or log in, you will be prompted to Allow or Block notifications from the site. If you Allow notifications, your browser will ping you about ~15 minutes before each event on your schedule begins, as a reminder.

 

If I approve notifications and then choose I don’t want them, how can I turn them off?

If you decide you no longer want to receive notifications, open your browser settings and block notifications from https://schedule.dcfandome.com.

On Chrome, the steps will be: (a) View your Chrome Preferences (b) Search for “Notifications” (c) Under “Privacy and Security” click on the “Site Settings” option (d) Find https://schedule.dcfandome.com> and change your Notification settings from “Allow” to “Block”.

On Firefox, the steps will be: (a) View your Firefox Preferences (b) click on “Security and Privacy” (c) Scroll down until you see “Notifications”, or search for “Notifications” in the top right corner (d) Next to “Notifications” click on “Settings” (e) Then look for https://schedule.dcfandome.com and switch the Status value from “Allow” to “Block”.

 

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, click to Log In, and then click the Forgot Password button towards the bottom of the element that appears on screen. 

Enter the email address you used to create your account. If successful, you will see the following message, prompting you to check your email.

You’ll receive an email which will be valid for 15 minutes containing a button for you to click and reset your password. As you enter your new password, the interface will let you know if you need to make adjustments to the new password values you’ve entered.

Once you see the confirmation that your password has been successfully reset, click the “Return to Log In” button and use your updated credentials to view the schedule again.

If you attempt resetting your password after 15 minutes from receiving the email, the process will fail, but you can restart by simply requesting another reset password email using the same steps described above.
