SPOILER ALERT: If you have not read GREEN LANTERN: NEW GUARDIANS #24 yet and do not wish to know what happens, stop reading this post now (major spoilers ahead!).

The Green Lantern Corps have suffered the worst blows imaginable. Their homeworld, Oa, was obliterated. The Central Power Battery was shattered. Ion, the Entity of Willpower and a source of power for the Green Lanterns, doesn't seem interested in helping them. Their rings might not even have enough charge to keep them alive. And Relic is stronger than ever.

Now, the Entities are using Rayner as their vessel. And they’re on Relic’s side!? The Entities have never been tamed – at least not all at once. Does Kyle have any chance at maintaining control over them? If he joins up with Hal and the Red Lanterns, is it “Lights Out” for Relic?

“The Entities themselves actually do know what is going on and what they need to do about it,” series writer Justin Jordan explained to NEWSARAMA earlier this week. “The problem is that what they're doing is not something Kyle, Hal, Carol or anyone else is likely to be happy about. Now, after this, we'll just have to wait and see. But things will definitely change for the Entities.”

Looks like Relic has an ally in Rayner, and all the powers in the universe are at his disposal. The White Lantern has gone rogue, and he’s an unstoppable force!

“Being the only White Lantern is unique, in and of itself,” artist Brad Walker told COMIC VINE about Rayner. “He's the only character that can wield the full, emotional spectrum. And he also doesn't come from a heroic place before becoming a Green Lantern, like a test pilot, or a marine, or something. He was an artist, and a struggling one at that, which I think gives him an angle of sensitivity, and introspection. That gives him a unique approach, especially considering it's a concept that's based around emotion.”

Below, take a look at the final page of GREEN LANTERN: NEW GUARDIANS #24, and sound off in the comments section about how Kyle Rayner’s choices will impact the rest of the Corps!

And don’t forget to continue to follow “Lights Out” through RED LANTERNS #24 (on shelves October 23) and GREEN LANTERN ANNUAL #2 (on shelves October 30).
