The Outsiders War continues with Chapter 4: “The Prague Offensive”. When we last saw Komodo, aka LaCroix, he had just taken out Golgotha with an arrow to the head and become the new leader of the Outsiders. Now, holed up in an abandoned cathedral in Prague, news arrives that Oliver Queen is coming for Komodo!

Green Arrow is off the Island and is on the hunt!

But can Oliver single-handedly bring down the Outsiders? The Shield Clan fell when Ollie went up against Kodiak and won, but is Green Arrow a match against Komodo and the rallied masses of the Outsiders? Can a trick arrow take out hundreds of Spear Clan warriors?

And don’t forget that Komodo has Emiko with him in Prague. She’s Ollie’s half-sister, but she doesn’t know that Komodo isn’t her father!
