In this week’s BATMAN #9, Bruce pieces together a super-villain squad (at the suggestion of Amanda Waller, naturally) to infiltrate Santa Prisca and steal the Psycho-Pirate from the clutches of Bane in the first issue of Tom King’s eagerly awaited “I Am Suicide” storyline. It’s a haymaker of a first issue, featuring a handful of not-recently-seen Bat-villains and a heck of a final twist. But it also features a pretty surprising cameo.

Did you catch it?

As Batman, Gordon and Jeremiah Arkham descend into Arkham Asylum, we catch sight of several patients including Calendar Man, the Tweeds and a young woman labeled only as “Doe,” who tries to convey a message to the passing group.

What’s in the message? One letter and one simple symbol, that’s likely immediately recognizable to many of our fans...

In case you didn’t know, it’s been confirmed that our Jane Doe is Saturn Girl, a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. But what is she doing in Arkham in the present day? The answer to that mystery is yet to be solved, but if you have any guesses, feel free to let us know them below. And don’t miss out on this must-read new comic, which is now available in print and as a digital download!
