Preview Monday: WORLDS' FINEST #31 and COFFIN HILL #15

By Clark Bull Monday, February 9th, 2015

Welcome back for another installment of Preview Monday! This week, we’re giving you exclusive first looks at WORLDS' FINEST #31 and COFFIN HILL #15.

First, in WORLDS' FINEST #31, are there “Signs” of the Apocalypse in part five of the Secret History of Superman & Batman? Death and destruction are increasing on Earth-2, and only the watchful eye of Batman sees how the patterns fit. Can he persuade Superman to take precautions before the price becomes very personal?! We all know how it will eventually end for Earth-2's Clark and Bruce, but in the meantime it's amazing to see these two team up! Check it out in WORLDS' FINEST #31,  written by Paul Levitz and illustrated by Jed Dougherty, when it hits shelves this Wednesday.

Then, in COFFIN HILL #15, a new storyline starts here as Eve Coffin is released from jail to go home again…and there’s something in Coffin Hill awaiting her with open arms. Ghosts are abroad in the town, and one in particular has her sights set on Eve – and on a bloody chain of events the Coffin family set in motion almost three hundred years ago. When the bones of a young girl are found after decades buried in the Coffin Hill woods, Eve and Officer Wilcox attempt to solve the cold case, discovering that the ghosts, the bones and the darkest secrets of Coffin Hill are all connected…and all pose a grave danger to Eve and her loved ones.  Look for it on Wednesday when COFFIN HILL #15, written by Caitlin Kittredge and illustrated by Inaki Miranda, hits the spinner rack.
