If there are two things we at DC Comics love, it's our vast and awesome array of characters and adorableness. If we’ve got a third, it'd be pie. We love us some pie. However, as it stands for the purposes of this column, we're going with the two: characters and adorableness. Which is why things like the Funko Pop! figures and plush toys drive us so insane with glee even the Joker would be like, "Okay. Calm it down there, buddy." Then he'd stab us. Obviously.

So, when the announcement of Scribblenauts Unmasked - A DC Comics Adventure came about, we pretty much booked our reservation for Arkham early.

Now that the game's out, we've been hiding from the orderlies because we cannot stop playing and going crazy over the greatness. So, while we've got some time before they find us and drag us away, we're going to give you the 5.2 Reasons Scribblenauts Unmasked – A DC Comics Adventure is Adorable Awesomeness!

1. DC Characters in the Scribblenauts Style

Merciful Minerva, just LOOK AT THESE GUYS! Even Darkseid looks hilariously and awesomely adorable. Darkseid!

2. So Many Characters

The game boasts that it contains around 2,000 DC Comics characters—we think that might be underselling it. We actually tried stumping the game and failed. They had everyone from Air Wave and Matter-Eater Lad to the Newsboy Legion and Vampire Batman, which reminds us...

3. There's Also a Bazonkers Amount of Different Versions of Characters

Throughout the years there have been various versions of the World's Greatest Super Heroes. From the classic Golden Age incarnations to the New 52 and every various Elseworld and Earth in between, you can find a ton of options in this game. You want Superman? Well, have your pick. You've got Kingdom Come, Red Son, even the one from Speeding Bullets! They also have the Superman with the mullet from the '90s for that one fan. You know who you are.

4. Popular DC Comics Locales

Gotham City, Metropolis, Themyscira, Central City, Oa, and more—they're all here. There's nothing quite like going to Gotham, calling every Batman, and then just having them all hang out. It's pretty great.

5. Create Your Own Character

Always wanted to chill with your favorite heroes in adorable fashion? Well now you can with the pretty extensive character creator. Feel free to give yourself giant arms or superpowers, even.
