The summer may be over, but its never too late to congratulate these super surfers who competed in last summer's Supergirl Surf Jam. Thousands of fans converged at the iconic Oceanside Pier  for the Ford Supergirl Pro— the largest all-women’s surf contest in the world. The three-day contest, the only ASP 6-Star competition in North America, came to a thrilling close with Hawaii’s Malia Manuel taking the title. Three-time runner-up, Manuel, came out on top to claim the $8,000 top prize… and the coveted Supergirl Cape.

The Supergirl Pro is part of Warner Bros. Consumer Products’ Supergirl Jam series, the industry’s only all-girl action sports competition series, which is designed to promote female strength and empowerment.
