TV ALERT: An Early Look at iZombie
With new trailers for Gotham, Constantine and The Flash hitting the web last week, along with your first look at Ben Affleck’s batsuit and the explosive finale for Arrow, you could be forgiven for forgetting about DC Entertainment’s fourth new TV show to be greenlit for the 2014-2015 TV season—iZombie. Especially since The CW hasn’t yet released a trailer for it. However, that doesn’t mean we haven’t gotten a taste of what it’ll look like.

Mere moments after The CW announced that The Flash and iZombie have been picked up for series, NBC has announced that the fourth DC Entertainment series under consideration has also been given a green light. That’s right, John Constantine is getting a TV show.

DC fans, you might want to free up some space on your DVR going into next fall… Mere days after Fox announced that they had given Gotham a green light, The CW has gotten in on the fun by officially ordering The Flash and iZombie to series. They’ll be joining the already successful Arrow, which is finishing up a highly acclaimed second season and received a third season pickup earlier this year.
The popular 60s-era Batman television show starring Adam West and Burt Ward as the Dynamic Duo is finally getting a home entertainment release. The news came via an unusual, but appropriate, source. Longtime comic book fan and TV personality Conan O’Brien.
