Boring, sleepy study halls can be brutal. In fact, if you don't have enough work to occupy you, study halls can be enough to stop your school day dead in its tracks and make time slow down to a painful crawl. We've all watched the minutes on a clock tick by at what seems like the slowest possible pace. But, given all the excitement constantly happening at Super Hero High, you’d imagine the students must long for the occasional dull moment and rest from evil-minded plots.
If you’ve been reading JUSTICE LEAGUE VS. SUICIDE SQUAD, and particularly if you’ve gotten to the end of this week’s issue #5, you’ve discovered that the real villain of the Rebirth’s first event isn’t the Suicide Squad or even Maxwell Lord, but a shadowy villain with the ability to corrupt just about anyone on the planet.
If you care even one iota about the DC Universe, then this week’s JUSTICE LEAGUE VS. SUICIDE SQUAD #4 is an absolute must-read. It’s exciting, fun, surprising and packed with twists and details that will be felt throughout the pages of Rebirth for months to come. And it’s not even the final issue of the miniseries. There are still two more issues to go!
