CATWOMAN/TWEETY AND SYLVESTER SPECIAL #1

No Justice: A Beginner's Guide to Intergalactic Dendrology

Welcome to week two of four in JUSTICE LEAGUE: NO JUSTICE, where things are going from bad to worse on a cosmic scale—though, really, that's probably not that much of a surprise, right? After all, we are living in a post-shattered Source Wall world. I'd venture a guess that things getting a little dicey is probably to be expected.

An Empire in Kansas: The Legacy of TV's Smallville

I would like to invite you to take a quick little stroll down memory lane with me. It’s a pretty road alongside a vast cornfield, under the most impossibly blue Vancouver sky you’ve ever seen put to HD.

Pour yourselves a wholesome glass of milk and avoid the meteors, because we’re talking about Smallville, y’all.

Road to #1000: Who is Luthor?

A strong hero must always be confronted by a strong villain. Batman has the Joker, Green Lantern has Sinestro and Superman has Lex Luthor. Luthor’s comic book debut does not disappoint and features forward-looking comic storytelling that makes it seem like this is a modern comic book. So let’s put on your kevlar helmet and prepare for war as we continue our look at the ten must-read issues of Action Comics.

Announcing "Metropolis," DC's Newest Live Action TV Series

Have you ever wanted to visit Metropolis? That bustling City of Tomorrow, known to comic book fans worldwide as one of the biggest cities in the DC Universe and home to the high-flying Man of Steel. Well, in 2019, you’ll get the next best thing—a weekly live action TV series set in Metropolis before the arrival of its most famous resident.

Supergirl: Everyone on Edge

Explorations of friendship is one of the things Supergirl excels at for me. In this episode, we're looking at how people come together in response to personal crisis.

At the end of last week's episode, Sam's concern about her blackouts finally drove her to confide in Alex who pledged to help her get to the bottom of things. We haven't seen Sam and Alex spend much time alone together and it was good to see them not just interact, but connect and navigate a difficult situation together.

The Carver Connection: Doomsday Clock's Story Within a Story

If you haven't taken a look back at WATCHMEN in a while, you might have forgotten about the slightly non-sequitur pirate stories that pepper the whole event. They're called "Tales of the Black Freighter" and if you're anything like me, your first encounter with them was probably a little bit confusing.
