It was announced earlier today that Jeff Lemire will be writing JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK. So where is Peter Milligan going you ask? Well, Milligan will be staying on RED LANTERNS and Vertigo’s HELLBLAZER and will be writing STORMWATCH beginning with issue #9. We asked Milligan about taking on the covert sci-fi superhero team STORMWATCH and here’s what he had to say:
