DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Call it, Friendo

Welcome back, Legends fans, from this, arguably our most dad-joke heavy episode to date. And what an episode it was.

First, before we go any further, I have to say that Season 3's overarching commitment to finding ways to put Neal McDonough in the world's most hilarious wigs whenever physically possible is shaping up to be my favorite thing about this entire run. Please, let's continue this trend.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Careless Whispers

Ahoy, Legends fans! You'd better believe that if I were better at talking—er, typing like a pirate, this entire post would be done in dialect. So count yourselves lucky that pirate-speak is not something I'd include on my particular list of skills.

In my defense, it's really not something I'd include on Amaya's list of skills either, and she seems to have done pretty okay.

...Kind of.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: The Trouble with Totems

Welcome back, Legends fans! We’re three weeks and three episodes into season three. Time really does fly, even if it’s completely broken and full of anachronisms, huh? This week is a pretty big one—not only did we get our first look at Kuasa in action, but we got to meet a new potential crewmember for the first time and she’s kind of a doozy.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Being the Chainsaw

Welcome back, Legends fans! Long time, no see...Though I guess that’s probably a pretty subjective thing to say, considering the show we’re about to jump back into, huh? If there’s one thing you can’t count on in Legends of Tomorrow, it’s time working the way it’s supposed to.

And speaking of time not working the way it’s supposed to—how about those dinosaurs, huh?

DC's Legends of Tomorrow - Comic-Con 2017 Trailer

DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW brought the circus to San Diego, when the cast and executive producers from TV’s wackiest Super Hero series debuted exclusive footage from their upcoming third season for fans assembled in Ballroom 20.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Crisis on Infinite Thawnes

Well, Legends fans, here we are. Finale time.

Before we start this week, I just want to thank all of you for coming along on this adventure with me! It’s been an incredible (and incredibly eventful) season across the board and I’ve had an absolute blast getting to talk about it here every week. I hope you’re as excited as I am to see where Season 3 goes because...man, for all the solutions the team may have come up with this time around, they definitely have no shortage of new problems to tackle.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Houston, We Have So Many Problems

It’s a Heywood family reunion this week! Just, you know, without all the barbeque and cake and awkward aunts and uncles...and…well, anyone but Nate and his grandpa. Do two people still constitute a family reunion? Is that the proper use of that phrase?

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Love Is In the Temporal Zone

Welcome back, Legends fans! I have to say, I thought I had covered most of my bases for all the wild theories I’ve been concocting about the rescue and return of Rip Hunter but...man, I was not prepared for this at all.

Here I’d been guessing that the restoration of Rip’s memories would have to come from some combination of the Spear (re)-rewriting reality or some sort of time travel shenanigans—which, I mean, can you blame me? This is Legends of Tomorrow we’re talking about, after all.

DC'S Legends of Tomorrow: Whatever Happened to the JSA?

I don’t know about you guys, but this has been the moment I’ve been waiting for since the second episode of this season. The triumphant return of one of my favorite super teams in the DC Universe: the Justice Society of America.

...Okay, alright, maybe “triumphant” is a strong word, considering they’re currently time scattered all over the place and struggling to protect pieces of the Spear of Destiny, but you know what I mean.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: The Trouble With Turncoats

Welcome back and happy belated holidays, Legends fans! This week continued our tour of formative moments in American history with the Revolution...just, you know, with the added bonus of automatic weapons, care of the Legion of Doom. Or, more specifically, care of the Legion of Doom’s new agent, Rip Hunter.

Talk about rubbing salt into the wound, right?
