If you’re a #DCTV fan, you’re going to want to mark November 27, 2017 with a big X on your calendar. That’s the first day of this year’s four-part CW crossover…and it’ll find our heroes landing on Earth-X.
What's up DC fans, I'm your mistress of metal, Whitney Moore, here to take you on a journey through space, time and the mysteries of the universe as we navigate DARK NIGHTS: METAL together! Issue #2 is out now, so let's all put down the battle jackets we've been sewing patches on and hand-studding for a while and settle in!
After teasing comic book fans with ominous shadow images of six evil Batmen from the Dark Multiverse several weeks ago, their final, terrifying images were revealed earlier this morning Comic-Con International: San Diego.
Each of these malevolent characters – The Red Death, The Murder Machine, The Dawnbreaker, The Drowned, the Merciless and The Devastator – all represent corrupted versions of Batman set upon the DC universe to help conquer it once and for all, as part of the DARK NIGHTS: METAL event beginning this August.
Everything is about to change.
Holy magic wielders, Batman! On this week’s episode of The Flash—aptly titled “Abra Kadabra”—the eponymous character made his small screen debut in a big bad fashion. He appeared sporting some of the best hair that has been seen on a #DCTV show to date in order to flaunt his knowledge of future events with Barry and Iris…including the true identity of Savitar himself (a subject I know every reader here has their own theory on!).
“Monster” introduced viewers to the third version of Harrison Wells in three seasons—H.R.! Okay, technically, we met him in “New Rogues” —last week’s episode—but this was the first full episode where we had a chance to get a real sense of what H.R. Wells is all about. He’s the goofy idea man standing in stark contrast to his Earth-2 counterpart, Harry. So far it seems like Earth-19 (where H.R. hails from), is the most fun Earth in the CW Multiverse!
