DC's Legends of Tomorrow: It's an Adequate Life, Zari Tomaz

It took three seasons, but we finally did it. We got the time travel story trope I've been waiting for from day one. We got the Groundhog's Day episode and I couldn't be more excited.

But of course, it wouldn't be Legends of Tomorrow if it were just a simple time loop scenario. There's just gotta be some weirdness, right? And boy howdy, there was plenty of it to go around this week.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: The Trouble with Totems

Welcome back, Legends fans! We’re three weeks and three episodes into season three. Time really does fly, even if it’s completely broken and full of anachronisms, huh? This week is a pretty big one—not only did we get our first look at Kuasa in action, but we got to meet a new potential crewmember for the first time and she’s kind of a doozy.

A New Legend Begins: Zari Tomaz Stirs Things Up

You can say that Zari Adrianna Tomaz, the newest person to climb aboard the Waverider in tonight’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, is resourceful and bright. When we meet her, she’s living underground in a dystopian Seattle in 2042, keeping herself off ARGUS’s radar through her formidable hacking skills. You can say she’s fast-thinking, managing to deftly evade both the Legends and the water-wielding villain who seems to have targeted her.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: The Waverider Gets a New Hero

If you thought the Waverider was starting to feel a bit empty after the loss of some key characters in Season 2, you’re in luck. Season 3 will see an all-new legend join the crew of the timeship.

Warner Bros. Television announced this morning that Tala Ashe (American Odyssey) has been cast in the series regular role of “Zari Adrianna Tomaz” for the upcoming season of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

The Secrets of Isis (1975 - 1977)
