DC's Legends of Tomorrow: A Malicious (and Delicious) Mash-Up

This is it, Legends fans. It's all come down to this. All six totems, Mallus—wait, I mean Malice—free from his prison, the crew caught in an impossible gambit, old friends returning, a giant mystically powered plush doll named Beebo storming in to save the world… You know, the usual.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Walking in Memphis

Welcome back, Legends fans! Hopefully you're not all shook up from meeting Elvis this week, or, you know, too unsettled by the music of a haunted guitar capable of summoning the dead. Actually, you know what? Maybe we'd be better off not searching our feelings regarding meeting the king of rock 'n' roll this time around. The circumstances really weren't ideal.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Call it, Friendo

Welcome back, Legends fans, from this, arguably our most dad-joke heavy episode to date. And what an episode it was.

First, before we go any further, I have to say that Season 3's overarching commitment to finding ways to put Neal McDonough in the world's most hilarious wigs whenever physically possible is shaping up to be my favorite thing about this entire run. Please, let's continue this trend.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: It's an Adequate Life, Zari Tomaz

It took three seasons, but we finally did it. We got the time travel story trope I've been waiting for from day one. We got the Groundhog's Day episode and I couldn't be more excited.

But of course, it wouldn't be Legends of Tomorrow if it were just a simple time loop scenario. There's just gotta be some weirdness, right? And boy howdy, there was plenty of it to go around this week.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Who is the Mack Anyway?

Hey there, Legends fans! Welcome back! We have a ton to get into this week so I'm just going to cut right to the chase. Honestly, I think this was my favorite episode of the season so far, and I'm not just saying that because I like vampire stories...though that certainly didn't hurt.

Okay, but seriously, let's unpack what we learned:

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: Nothing Says "Halloween" Like the '80s

Alright, we've got a lot to get through this week, Legends fans, but before we can do anything, we have to acknowledge the most important thing to happen this week.

How cute was baby Ray?!?!

Oh my god. We've run into child versions of the team before, of course, but this one? This one. What a precious little nerd with great taste in classic movies.

...And listen, if I'm being totally honest here, baby Gumball was pretty cute too, in a horror movie kind of way.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow: The Trouble with Totems

Welcome back, Legends fans! We’re three weeks and three episodes into season three. Time really does fly, even if it’s completely broken and full of anachronisms, huh? This week is a pretty big one—not only did we get our first look at Kuasa in action, but we got to meet a new potential crewmember for the first time and she’s kind of a doozy.

A New Legend Begins: Zari Tomaz Stirs Things Up

You can say that Zari Adrianna Tomaz, the newest person to climb aboard the Waverider in tonight’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, is resourceful and bright. When we meet her, she’s living underground in a dystopian Seattle in 2042, keeping herself off ARGUS’s radar through her formidable hacking skills. You can say she’s fast-thinking, managing to deftly evade both the Legends and the water-wielding villain who seems to have targeted her.
