Tomorrow, those of us who live in the United States will be celebrating our nation’s independence and eating our fill of hot dogs, burgers and ice cream (though hopefully not all at once). However, before the festivities begin, you’re going to want to pay a visit to your local comic shop and pick up this week’s new comics. Between BEFORE WATCHMEN: OZYMANDIAS #1 (written by original series editor, Len Wein), new issues of favorites like ACTION COMICS, ANIMAL MAN, DIAL H, EARTH 2, WORLDS’ FINEST and GREEN ARROW, and the debut issue of HE-MAN AND THE MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, there’s sure to be plenty of fireworks this 4th of July even before the sun goes down.
