Earlier this week, Entertainment Weely revealed the first page of interior art from Neil Gaiman's THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE.

Today, at the celabratory Sandman 25th Anniversary and Beyond panel with special guests Neil Gaiman, JH Williams, III, Dave McKean (who's cover to THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE #1 was also revealed at EW) and more, gathered to discuss the groundbreaking series and what's in store for this Fall's new miniseries featuring Morpheus, the King of Dreams.

Gaiman says he challenged Williams with what he envisioned as Morpheus' embodyment in the opening pages of the series launching this October. Check out what Williams, III came up with in the incredible 2-page spreads in the gallery above.
